Mount Harmon is a piece of history. The grounds are beautiful. The decor & food samples are from that era. Even a weaving loom to try from way back. The lake adds another dimension to the landscape. An enjoyable walk around the property makes for a relaxing day or go for high tea.

Amazingly property! Historic home, walking, mountain biking, and equestrian trails. Fishing pier and kayak launch!

Our docent today, Caitlin(?), was terrific. She knows her stuff and she's very entertaining. Face it, artifacts from 200-300 years ago can be pretty dull in the wrong hands. Not with her! She made everything relatable and interesting. And she talks loud enough that we could always hear her well, which we really appreciate.

Great time at the Paper Chase today!

Beautiful house and grounds. Docents talked endlessly about the house renovation, but almost nothing about plantation history beyond that. Scant mention of the slaves. Still worth a visit.
